I have heard that a drop or two of Visene will give you horrible runs. Its a common "revenge" story that gets told around the restaruant industry. However as Joel pointed out, it is a posion and a deadly posion at that and you should call the posion control center if you ingest it. Do not attempt to be funny and put it in someones drink, you could very easily windo up killing or hospitlizing them.
The active ingredient in plain Visene is Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride which is a topical anasthetic and a vasoconstrictor - thats why it "gets the red out" it constricts the veins. It also does this inside the body, causing a whole host of problems - including stroke and death

I had to look up Visine because I didn't know what it is. I found this (click on the image link at the very top - which is what I saw in the first place) .

And yet it surfaces at a opportune time.
I just This news story on TV the other day.
Seems some disgruntled woman spiked her friends drink with Visine. Almost killed him. Now there are big problems afoot.
